The 'Castagneto' is a beautiful country house (about 70 sqm ) with garden, situated on the slopes of the ancient medieval village of Corsanico, a few km far from the center of Lucca and the sandy beaches of Versilia as well as the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and all the wonderful Chianti area). The property consists of living room with double sofa bed, sitting room, TV cabinet, dining room separated by fireplace (decorative only), table and chairs for 6/8 persons, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer. The sleeping area consists of a twin bedded room , wardrobe, desk, one double bedroom with wardrobe, a large marble bathroom with window and bathtub. Air conditioning (only in the sitting/dining room area). From the garden you enter the basement where there is a large laundry area with washing machine, ironing board, iron . In the cellar there is a second bathroom with shower. In front of the house there is garden equipped with chairs and table. Parking at circa 70 m. Grocery store / bar / restaurant / kiosk church and at 3 minute walk distance from the building
Agreement with external pool (not included in the prices) availability on request - please call them for reservation) and agreement with private beach club at very reasonable prices(avalaibility on request).Beautiful free beaches located at about 12 km far from the house (near the harbour of Viareggio and the fantastic pinewood).

Nonostante abbiamo soggiornato in questa zona in un periodo fuori stagione abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questa casa e speriamo di tornare presto.Abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto curato e pulito, i proprietari sono disponibili e gentili,ci hanno fornito molte informazioni sulla zone e sui migliori ristoranti della Versilia. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo sia il paese di Corsanico che tutti i paesini vicini che sono bellissimi,da consigliare vivamente!
A nice and confortable apartment not far from the town centre of Viaregio and Verslia coast.All the house and the kitchen have all the facilities in excellent conditions and it was very clean as well. We really enjoyed this nice apartment in a beautiful quite and non -torusitic village - Corsanico -expecially in this period of the year.
Susanna gave us lots of infos about restaurants and tratories, we visited the marble quarries of Carrara and lots of tucany cities. Thank you for your warm welcome!!!
Wonderful house in a wonderful small village called Corsanico!We were on vacations during the Corsanico festival that attracts world famous artists and it was amazing!Everything was perfect..thank you
We spent a very pleasant stay in this lovely house in Tuscany! The location is wonderful to reach the most famous tuscany cities: we got to Lucca, Pisa, Firenzia, Siena and San Gimignano.One week we got to the beach club where the owner has a special agreement and we could rent umbrella and deckchairs at very good price!The house was very clean and we appreciated the lady who welcome us upon our arrival late in the night!Thank you for your welcome, we will be back nex summer!
Ho trascorso le mie ferie in questa casa per 3 settimane e voglio ringraziare i proprietari per la calda accoglienza che ci hanno riservato. La casa e ubicata in uno splendido paese collinare e in pochi minuti si raggiungeva la spiaggia e la Versilia. Tutto perfetto, pulizia buon gusto e accoglienza. Torneremo di sicuro grazie di tutto!
