The building is located in a residential neighbourhood surrounded by luxuriant gardens only two minutes from the beach of Lido di Camaiore and the town centre, only minutes away from Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, which can be conveniently reached via the seaside cycling path.
Located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment includes an entrance , living room with sofas and a conversation nook, and a sitting and dining room with tables and chairs. The lighting gives the whole apartment a bright but cosy feel. The living room opens onto a nice balcony furnished with a garden table and chairs with a view over a large garden and pine grove for enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, a hob with 5 gas elements and one electric element, a large sink, dishwasher, table and chairs, cabinets containing kitchen utensils of all kinds, and a balcony with a view of the pine grove. The balcony leads to a convenient storage area/pantry.
Along the hall are two double rooms with views of the pine grove, one of which has its own ensuite bathroom. The brightly coloured bathroom with red fretwork has a large bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink and window. We spent 3 weeks holidays in this beautiful apartment near the beach and we missed nothing at all. The house is well equipped, very clean, quiet and confortable!The location ist fantastic to get to the beach everyday (3 minutes walking distance) and to visit the tuscany cities: we got with the children to Pisa to visit the Piaza dei Miraccoli and the leaning tower, we visited the small villages like Camaiore, traditional small ancient tuscany town with lots of good tratories.Susanna is great to give information about concerts and events!!!Gracia mille!!!
Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia un bellissimo soggiorno in questo immobile veramente bello.Ci siamo trovati benissimo con la signora Susanna che ci ha accolto la sera tardi oltre l'orario di arrivo consueto...un grazie particolare ...La casa si trova a due minuti dal mare di Lido di Camaiore, le spiagge sono stupende e la vicinanza a tutto ha reso il soggiorno ottimo anche per i miei bambini. L'immobile e contornato da splendidi parchi dove andavo a correre al mattino presto e la sera sedevamo in terrazza a goderci il fresco della sera, la casa e' curatissima in ogni dettaglio con gusto e raffinatezza, abbiamo trovato pulizia e massima disponibilita. Ogni giorno la signora ci inviamo sms con gli eventi e le mostre e gli spettacoli della Versilia...cosa posso dire di piu? grazie davvero della vostra calda accoglienza...torneremo
We spent a perfect holiday in this beautiful apartment only few minutes far from the beach of Lido di Camaiore.This lovely apartment is equipped with everything one needs for a perfect stay, the view from the terracce is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect to reach the other seaside resorts like Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta. Everyday we got to the beach Lido Verde where the house owner has a very good agreement to rend unbrellas, cabana and deckchairs. We will recommend this lovely house to our friends and to all people looking for a very relaxing holiday place!!
Wir verbrachten 4 Wochen einen wunderschoenen und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung nur 2 Minuten vom Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber ,liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt Ein grosses Grazie mille an Susanna die uns herzlich aufgenommen hat und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite sind.Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!Bis naechstes Jahr.
